【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61000relatestotheimmunityrequirementsandtestmethodsforelectricalandelectronicequipmenttoconducted,commonmodedisturbancesintherangede.to150kHz.Theobjectofthisstandardistoestablishacommonandreproduciblebasisfortestingelectricalandelectronicequipmentwiththeapplicationofcommonmodedisturbancestopowersupply,control,signalandcommunicationports.Thisstandarddefines-testvoltageandcurrentwaveform;-rangeoftestlevels;-testequipment;-testset-up;-testprocedures.Forsometypesofports,forexampleportsintendedtobeusedwithhighlybalancedlines,additionaltestprovisionsmaybeestablishedbyproductcommitteespecifications.Thetestisintendedtodemonstratetheimmunityofelectricalandelectronicequipmentwhensubjectedtoconducted,commonmodedisturbancessuchasthoseoriginatingfrompowerlinecurrentsandreturnleakagecurrentsintheearthing/groundingsystem.Thedisturbancesproducedby400Hzmainssystemsarenotincludedinthescopeofthisstandard.Actualinterferenceduetothesedisturbancephenomenaisrelativelyrare,exceptinindustrialplants.ProductCommitteesshouldthereforeconsiderwhetherthereisajustificationforapplyingthisstandardintheirProduct/ProductFamilystandards(seealsoclause3).Thistestisnotrelevantforequipmentportsintendedtobeconnectedtoshortcables,havingalengthlessthan20morless.Theimmunitytoharmonicsandinterharmonics,includingmainssignalling,ona.c.powerports(indifferentialmode)isnotincludedinthescopeofthisstandardandiscoveredbyIEC61000-4-13.Theimmunitytoconducteddisturbancesgeneratedbyintentionalradio-frequencytransmittersisnotincludedinthescopeofthisstandardandiscoveredbyIEC61000-4-6.SomeITU-TRecommendations,e.g.K17,K20andK21,establishsimilarmethodsfortestingtheresistibilityofequipment;however,theyarededicatedtotelecommunicationportsanddealwithpowerinductionatfrequencyofthea.c.mainsorelectricrailways.ProductCommitteesareadvisedtoconsidertheRecommendationsabove,asfarasapplicable,inpreparingtheirproductstandards.
