【摘要】:ThisguidedescribestypicalprospectiveanalyticalX-rayfluorescencesystemsthatmaybeusedforqualitativeandquantitativeelementalanalysesofmaterialsrelatedtothenuclearfuelcycle.Standardtestmethodsforthedeterminationofmaterialsusingwavelength-dispersiveXRF4usuallyemployapparatuswiththecomponentsdescribedinthisguide.1.1Thisguidedescribesthecomponentsforawavelength-dispersiveX-rayfluorescencesystemformaterialsanalysis.Thisguidecanbeusedasareferenceintheapparatussectionoftestmethodsforwavelength-dispersiveX-rayfluorescence(WDXRF)analysesofnuclearmaterials.1.2ThecomponentsrecommendedincludeX-raydetectors,signalprocessingelectronics,excitationsources,anddispersingcrystals.1.3Detaileddataanalysisproceduresarenotdescribedorrecommended,astheymaybeuniquetoaparticularanalysisproblem.Someapplicationsmayrequiretheuseofcomplexcomputersoftwareduringdatareductiontocorrectformatrixeffects.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
