【摘要】:ThispartofISO19904providesrequirementsandguidanceforthestructuraldesignand/orassessmentoffloatingoffshoreplatformsusedbythepetroleumandnaturalgasindustriestosupportthefollowingfunctions:-production;-storageand/oroffloading;-drillingandproduction;-production,storageandoffloading;-drilling,production,storageandoffloading.Itsrequirementsdonotapplytothestructuralsystemsofmobileoffshoreunits(MOUs).Theseinclude,amongothers:-floatingstructuresintendedprimarilytoperformdrillingand/orwellinterventionoperations(oftenreferredtoasMODUs),evenwhenusedforextendedwelltestoperations;-floatingstructuresusedforoffshoreconstructionoperations(e.g.cranebargesorpipelaybarges),fortemporaryorpermanentoffshorelivingquarters(floatels),orfortransportofequipmentorproducts(e.g.transportationbarges,cargobarges),forwhichstructuresreferenceismadetorelevantrecognizedclassificationsociety(RCS)rules.Itsrequirementsareapplicabletoallpossiblelife-cyclestagesofthestructuresdefinedabove,suchas-design,constructionandinstallationofnewstructures,includingrequirementsforinspection,integritymanagementandfutureremoval,-structuralintegritymanagementcoveringinspectionandassessmentofstructuresin-service,and-conversionofstructuresfordifferentuse(e.g.atankerconvertedtoaproductionplatform)orreuseatdifferentlocations.ThefollowingtypesoffloatingstructureareexplicitlyconsideredwithinthecontextofthispartofISO19904:a)monohulls(ship-shapedstructuresandbarges);b)semi-submersibles;c)spars.Inadditiontothestructuraltypeslistedabove,thispartofISO19904coversotherfloatingplatformsintendedtoperformtheabovefunctions,consistingofpartiallysubmergedbuoyanthullsmadeupofanycombinationofplatedandspaceframecomponentsandusedinconjunctionwiththestationkeepingsystemscoveredinISO19901-7.Theseotherstructurescanhaveagreatrangeofvariabilityingeometryandstructuralformsand,therefore,canbeonlypartlycoveredbytherequirementsofthispartofISO19904.Inothercases,specificrequirementsstatedinthispartofISO19904canbefoundnottoapplytoallorpartofastructureunderdesign.Inalltheabovecases,conformitywiththispartofISO19904willrequirethatthedesignisbaseduponitsunderpinningprinciplesandachievesalevelofsafetyequivalent,orsuperior,tothelevelimplicitinit.ThispartofISO19904isapplicabletosteelfloatingstructures.Theprinciplesdocumentedhereinare,however,consideredtobegenerallyapplicabletostructuresfabricatedinmaterialsotherthansteel.
